Middle school will now meet at Covenant Christian across the parking lot after first service for Life Groups at 10:30am.

On Sunday August 10th, students will be moving to the next grade and into new life groups.

Middle School (6th-8th) will be meeting in the front left side of the sanctuary immediately after 9am service. This section of chairs are located right by the drums on stage. Then Middle School students will follow their teachers to the designated classrooms.

A Great Night at FBC!

Wow! What a great night at FBC on Sunday, Sept. 15.
Youth Family Night was great with our Youth Praise Band leading us in worship and 3-2-1 Improv providing some comic relief for the evening. Thanks so much to all who attended and those who helped make for a great night by working on the youth showcase and and preparing for the evening. Here are some pics!

Youth Family Night

Announcing our upcoming Youth Family Night on Sunday, September 15th. This will be a night of information, worship, games, and comedy. The middle school and high school ministries are joining together for this exciting night. You don't want to miss this evening as we highlight the youth of FBC, Houma with praise, drama, testimonies, and games.
At 5:00pm, the gym will be open for a youth showcase highlighting the different areas and ministries of the youth at FBC. At 6:30pm, we will head to the worship center for a night of praise and worship with our very own FBC Houma Uth Praise and the comedy team, 321 Improv.

Promotion Sunday!

This Sunday, August 4th, is a big day for our 180 students. We will be promoting our 8th grade students to the high school department and welcoming our new 6th grade students. We hope to see you this Sunday as we kick off the new school year with a new series on Jesus. "A Year with Jesus" will focus on Jesus this year as we find out who He was and what He came to do. Hope to see you there!

Camp Fuego

Just got back from Camp Fuego last night! Camp was awesome as always, thanks to all our students who had a great week and were super all the way around. Several of our students chose to give their lives to Christ this week and others really examined their commitment to Christ and were they needed to change to live the life Jesus has called them to live. Thanks also to our chaperones; Kelly, Sarah, Morgan, and Marissa as they took a week out of their lives to invest in our students.

Back from Mission Arlington

We had a great week at Mission Arlington! We were able to do Rainbow Express with 10 kids from the Fuller St. Apartments during the week as well as working in the distribution center at the Mission Arlington warehouse. On the recreation side of things, we had the chance to go to an outdoor concert in downtown Arlington and go to Hurricane Harbor, the Six Flags waterpark. All in all, a great week. Look for information on our next trip to Arlington coming in February, 2014.
